What do you mean? You're comparing a 1200 Ryzen to a 2600 Ryzen. The only real issue with the second build is the bronze Corsair PSU, I'd get 500 or more, gold or higher. Since you won't change that anytime soon and it protects your gear.

Also on your first build people might say the RAM speed is too low for a Ryzen + DDR4 usually has higher speeds, that seems like the cheapest you can find.

I know nothing about anything pc related, I don't understand anything of what you just said so there's no point asking me 'what do I mean'

He's right tho, make a new thread and ask them to make a PC for you with the budget you offer. And also specify if you need mouse+keyboard or monitor.
Because we kinda need to edit most of this to make it better. Also what do you wanna play or do with it and at what quality. The second system is better but some of the components are way too cheap and it's risky to do it with a costly CPU/GPU.

Im not sure, Just, things like fallout 4, gta maybe, re7? stuff like that. at medium quality/low

I don't think I could find that, what about this idk: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/

Take the one in the link. It is better than the other PC.

But there are two problems:

1. The CPU you have chosen (Ryzen 5 2600) is not compatible with that motherboard out of the box. Find a local computer shop and ask them to do the BIOS update on the motherboard for you.

2. The Powersupply (the 450W unit at the bottom of the page) is a bit weak and or poor quality. For now it will do. But down the road, find someone to swap it out for a better unit, as it seems you do not know anything about computers.

Overall, the second PC for sure.
