Which PC is better?

Hello, I am in the market for a new PC and have two in mind. I just wanted to know which would be better for the price and if one or both of them meet my requirements.

Requirements:

-be able to record and run steam games at decent settings and frame rate
-be able to record Minecraft while using an HD resource pack, and getting at least 60 fps on decent settings
-run various editing programs like blender and wmm

Both of them have a shoddy video card for the price, so I wouldn't recommend either. Regardless, the second one should be better at the first requirement, even though again - I highly advise against getting a PC that expensive with such a bad video card (comparing to what you could get for the same money, that is).

For that budget I'd go for a GTX 960, R9 280X, R9 280 or R9 290. It's possible to squeeze in a GTX 970 if you are building the PC yourself and sacrifice upgradeability too.

Why pay so much for a copy of windows, and also I wouldn't use a caviar blue I would recommend a caviar black over the blue

The black is not worth a$25-30 premium over the blue - the average user will not notice any difference apart from thevfact the black is twice as noisy.

I know that's how much it cost but you can get windows for much less or for free, that's what my uncle did for me he told me not to pay for windows and then he got me a free copy of it.
