Which power supply is better...?

I am building a new PC and I'm sure which parts to buy except the power supply...
Im confused whether should I get the corsair's vs650 or the cx430m...
I have heard that the vs series is not good so I thought of getting the cx430m...
Both of them cost almost the same, and I don't know whether I should get the vs650 since it has more wattage than the cx430m. I don't know if my pc needs that extra 220 watts, because I haven't done a lot of calculations for that...

Please suggest me which pay should I get.

GTX 750 ti oc (Asus)
Intel extreme board dz...(something)
WD blue 2TB 7200rpm 3.5" HDD
HGST 500GB 5400rpm 2.5" HDD
Corsair MP300 NVMe 120gb SSD
Samsung 860 evo 250GB sata SSD
Kingston UV400 240GB sata SSD
( I know I have a lot of drives, I collected them from my old computers)
