Which Power Supply Unit should I use?

I am currently building a new gaming rig and I am on a tight budget. So here is my rig:

-Intel Core i5-4690K
-8 GB RAM DDR3 Corsair Vengeance (2x4 GB)
-500 GB HDD Western Digital
-MSI GTX 960 2GB Tiger Edition
-ASUS H97 Motherboard
-Cooler Master Hyper 212

Now, for my PSU choices:
-Corsair CS450M
-Corsair CX500M
-Corsair CX500

My PC Case is Armaggeddon T3X or NZXT Source 210 (help me with this too)

Which PSU should I use? And what PC Case should I use?

Is this just a gaming rig? If so its a little unbalanced Imo, a gtx 970 with H97 and 4460 and stock cooler would give better performance. The 960 is a little weak to pair with a 4690k unless you are gaming at something like 720p
