Which printer works from the cheapest ink cartridges?

Hello,

Trying to get a new printer, tired of paying so much for ink. Can you give me some good tips in finding my new printer. Need to copy, print and scan. Ususally do more black printing than color.

Laser printer is much cheaper per page than an InkJet. Here are some reviews http://reviews.cnet.com/computer-printers/?filter=500172_3809665_&tag=topPanelArea.1

They will be about 2x the cost of an InkJet all-in-one and you won't have color. But prints will be much cheaper.

Thank you so much for the link. I do not know much about printers and need a good economical one especially for ink. I work from my home and print in black quite a lot.

+1 get a laser printer. If you read the page yield for ink jet printers they will likely never come close to reaching that yield due to ink wasted with head cleans/printer maintenance/charging new ink cartridges.
