Intel I5 processor or AMD Athlon x4 860k, I have both of them but u do t have compatible ram for the I5 but is it worth using the I5? Is it better than the AMD CPU?

But this website says that the intel i3-6100 is better than the intel i5-750...is this true?

Due to age difference there aren't a lot of head to head benchmarks unfortunately. A 4th gen i3 will be slightly faster and a 6th gen i3 will be even faster yet. Over the years the cpu's have improved upon their performance and yes, recent i3's are faster than the first gen i5.

Depends on which i5 you are using, if its above the i5 6400 (i5 6500, i5 6600k, etc.)then the i5 is better. Specialy for gaming.
