Which processor to buy in 2018?

Hi, I have an amd fx 6100 processor which I bought in 2013 . And using it for 5 years now. I am using a Gigabyte 970a-ds3 Rev 3.0 motheboard and 8 Gb of Ram. I also have a GTX960 which I bought in late 2015.
currently my friend needs a pc urgenntly so he giving a good price for the cpu+mobo+ram combo. So I am thinking to sell my 3 parts and decided to buy a new cpu+mobo+ram.
I short listed 2 Cpu= 1.Ryzen 3 1200 and 2. Intel pentium g4560. I dont have the money to buy an z370 moobo for an i3 8th gen cpu. So please help me guys which CPU should I buy? and is worth to upgrade? please guys help me out.

It is a shame you cannot wait, the non-Z boards are coming for 8th gen. Don't buy anything using DDR3, so if it has to be brought 'now' then Ryzen is the answer. At lower overall budgets, which might suggest a GPU that can't hit 120+FPS all of the time then ryzen is also the better deal.

i am a hardcore gamer bro so thats why I cant wait. But do u know the exact time the launch of the non-z boards? and is the 8100 is better than a overclocked r3 1200?
