Im considering to build a 700$ gaming pc.

Intel i5 4690k
R9 280X
Z87 M

I dont need ram, HDD and case.

Which psu should i choose? Im on tight budget.

Any other recommendations for 700$ pc?

You want a z97 board, not z87.

For the PSU get a 650w unit from Antec, XFX, Seasonic.
