Hello, PCPartPicker says I need 344W.

Build: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/sLGgQ7

I have two PSUs here, one from Corsair, and one from Thermaltake. Which one would be better to use? While they are the same price, is one brand better than the other? If you have personal experience with these (one person told me they had experience with Thermaltake and said it was good) then please mention.

NOTE: #1 is Semi-Modular and #2 is not AT ALL

PSU #1 (Corsair 430W Semi-Mod): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139049&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=

PSU #1 (Thermaltake 500W no modulation): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817153165&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=

Thank you for your time.
