Which PSU is better? Corsair VS450 vs EVGA 500W 80+ Bronze

My build has a 1080 and a i7-7700k, are those PSU's risky?

The VS might not even power that and depends on the model of the EVGA but most of their 500 watts are bad.
Your spending a lot of money on parts buy a good power supply.
Depending on where you live here are some decent power supplies for a fairly low cost.

None. Both are entry-level / office-use PSUs not intended for enthusiast/high-end builds such as yours. As such, both are risky to use.

If you want Corsair, look at the RM550x. If you want EVGA, look at the SuperNova G2 550 or SuperNova G3 550.

"My build has a 1080 and a i7-7700k" so a decently high end rig. Why are you looking at mediocre budget PSUs? The PSU is a crucial component and a bad place to skimp.

Im from Argentina, and the market is flooded of Sentey, Gamemax and Thermaltake PSU's for any of the voltages. Any other brands are pretty much overpriced

It's better than the VS and the 500w Evga. Another option is Seasonic the S12II or M12II are good.
