Asrock b365 hdv / intel core i5 9600kf / 1 16gb ddr 4 2400mhz / Sapphire RX 570 8gb / No liquid cooling or rgb fans / No bluray. i dont know anything about psu. what is your suggestion?

I would not go smaller than 600w.
Put psu tier list into google.
Pick something from tier A or tier B.
Read the reviews from your choices.
