Which PSU should I choose? EVGA- Corsair- XTX

Hello everybody, Im looking for a solid 600wtts PSU, but where I live, there are not many options to choose from, so here are my alternatives:

850W EVGA GQ GOLD ($215)

XFX 850 Pro core edition (from 2011 !!) ($142)

Corsair Cx650m ($94)

600W XT XFX ($68)

I dont need 850 wtts but there are not 80+gold from the 600 range.
So which should I choose? the XFX pro looks like a good price to me, but is pretty old version so I dont know if it will work with today's standard.
