Which psu should I choose ??

So I have found those psus and I don't know which of them is better:
Silverstone-Strider-Essential-500W-ST50F-ES230

My system is:
Athlon x4 860k
Msi gtx 960 oc
G.skill 8gb 1600mhz
Seagate barracuda 1tb 7200rpm 6.0gb/s
Gigabyte f2a88xm-ds2

My question is:
Which of those psus are better and better for overclocking my cpu and my gpu ???

http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html the PSU you have selected is a tier 3 PSU which should be fine however I would maybe go for a higher wattage and tier 2 as then you would end up saving more money in the future when you upgrade as you will not have to worry about replacing your power supply as long as you don't go sli or crossfire!

yeah that would be great!! the tdp of your graphics card is only 120w which it will exceed in oc but you have 550w haven't checked you CPU but it wont be over 100w so yeah that would be excellent buddy!

Sorry for bother you again however I found an this: PSU 550W XFX P1-550S-XXB9 Core Ed.( P1-550S-XXB9 )
And I wanted your opinion

sorry mate been cleaning my flat and yeah XFX make some great power supplies pretty much anyone you get is gonna be good, there graphics cards like so sick as well, was supposed to be getting a 7970 XFX looks so good but got sent a saffire edition instead but couldn't be bothered to send it back!

All XFX PSUs are good quality due to all being Seasonic PSUs underneath.
