Which PSU should I choose?

This is my hardware:

EpoX 8KDA3+
AMD64 3200+
Gainward GeForce 6800 Powerpack Gold Edition Ultra/2100
Coirsair 1024mb ddr 3200
3 hard drive
1 cdr
9 fans

Which should I choose?

Either one should do you fine. Even though OCZ's a relative "newcomer" to the PSU biz, they've a solid reputation among builders for their superior RAM. I don't think you'll have a problem with either one.

If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything.

I recommend Antec True Power 430w or Fortron Source 430w.

On another note, nine fans is overkill unless its like 110F where your computer is sitting, and the fans are setup for proper air flow, and thermal dynamics.
You really only need a maximum of 3 fans, one in the front for intake 90mm-12cm, one in the back for exhaust 90mm-12cm, and another in the side for intake 90mm, anymore then that, unless setup properly, is doing nothing but creating air turbulance inside the case and actually causing cooling effectivness to degrade.
 
That would be Fortron Source 400W, it cuts off at around 460W with overload protection, which puts it between the True Power 430 and 480.
