Which PSU should i go for?

I have less knowledge about pc please help me.My current pc wattage is 264 w and i use zebronics 450 watt power supply. when I play heavy games PSU fan runs very fast with noise. which psu should i go for?

I have intel i3-4130 3.4 processor
Nvidia GT-610
8gb ddr3 ram (4gbx2)

Cheapest PSU I'd be willing to put into a PC right now.

Also, take that GPU out and plug your monitor directly into your motherboard. The i3-4130 has HD 4400 graphics that are significantly faster than the GT 610. Even sharing RAM, it's much more powerful, the GT 610 being an entry-level GPU from 2012 that is intended for using Microsoft Office and playing solitaire, not any kind of actual gaming.

can i add new graphics card to that? intel i3-4130

Of course. The integrated graphics aren't very powerful, they're just better than a GT 610.
