hello, i am planning to build pc with r7 7800x3d and rx9070xt legend

so will 850w be enough or should i buy 1000w? for now i found this

All of the PSU's are Tier-B. If you get the 1000W unit, you have headroom and if your budget allows, then get that. For context you haven't stated how much each of those PSU's cost, where you're located and what other PSU's are at your disposal.
