Which raid controller

I have just ordered myself the following:
gigabyte K8NSNXP-939 mobo
2 segate 80gig hdd

Which of the two onboard controllers should I connect my raid 0 array to, nforce3 ultra or sil3512 chipset?

I prefer to use chipset-integrated controllers, they often use a faster than PCI bus, and allow you to disable the other controller if it's not used (quicker boot times, etc).
