Which Ram is Better

The AMD R9 RAM is better. Faster speeds but slightly higher latency. Although it is optimised for AMD CPUs, it will work perfectly fine with yours.


Btw...with a single 980 don't expect 60fps @ ultra 4K.

i plan to go sli later in the future but are you sure it will work with the 4690k?

Yes the 4690k is a very strong CPU and can handle 2 980s. Yes the RAM will work perfectly with 4690k - its just not optimized / designed for it.
