I am trying to get 2 X 4GB Ram for my Mobo - Gigabyte 78lmt USB 3.0 (Rev 5.0)

Which 1 is better
Transcend JM1333KLN-4G 4 GB DDR3 RAM
OR
G.SKILL 4GB X 1 DDR3 1333MHZ CL9 VALUE RAM FOR DESKTOP

check gigabyte's memory compatibility charts for your motherboard and buy the one that's on that list. these days that could be both so check for lifetime warranty and whoever's cheaper, since this is value ram your only concerns should be compatibility and warranty, unless there's some $20+ difference in price.

Any problems with Value RAMs ???

Also I already have 1 Transcend JM1333KLN-4G 4 GB DDR3 RAM installed in my PC thought to upgrade to 12GB...

any probs with value RAM ?

If I add 4GB x 2 Gskill RAM to my 4x1 Transcend JM1333KLN-4G 4 GB DDR3 RAM will there be any problem

nothing's wrong with value ram; it'll serve it's purpose well, it's not there to be overclocked; it's just there to work. like a toyota corolla vs an audi; they'll still get you from A to B. i also recc matching the brand of ram that's already installed.

So I am opting for
G.SKILL 4GB X 1 DDR3 1333MHZ CL9 VALUE RAM FOR DESKTOP 2 RAMS and will keep transcend RAM for backup

Personally I wouldn't even bother with 4 gig sticks either. Not that 4 gig sticks are bad if you're not planning on upgrading it but an 8 gig stick allows you to upgrade later if you want to hit 16. While gaming only requires 8 gig of RAM you won't be able to do much video editing/recording if that's your thing.
