Which RAM is faster

So I am on a tight budget and trying to get an 8GB RAM kit.
I have 2 choices:
Dual-Channel DDR4-2133
Or
A single DDR4-2400 stick

Get anyone which is cheaper for you. As the dual channel speed is insignificant if you have a dedicated GPU. If you are using the onboard graphics then the dual channel will help.

Both are relatively the same price (+- $1)
I will be using an RX 460. Does that mean that the DDR4-2400 will be better?

Get anyone you like both are fine. And yes the 2400 will be marginally better but as the frequency increases the CAS latency increases resulting slow response time. But this is not the case in 2400.
