Actually I am going to build a pc. I already picked up every other components. But I was thinking about that which ram should be better for gaming. Which one is better ram between these two (CORSAIR VENGEANCE RGB PRO or G SKILL TRIDENT Z NEO). Please tell me which ram is better for gaming.

Solution
The GSkill reference you listed (F4-3600C16D-16GTZNC) is on the QVL as well from ASUS for this RAM as on the GSKILL list for this motherboard. Which is a good thing.

For the Corsair kit, what reference exactly ? There are a lot of different 2 x 8 Go CORSAIR VENGEANCE RGB PRO kits, with different speed and CL.
You noticed that on the QVL at Asus

the fastest Corsair 3600 MHz kit are with a CL of 18, yes ?

Also, there has been quite a few reports on this forum with Corsair RAM in conjunction with Ryzen CPUs not working at maximal published speed.

Frankly, between the 2 you proposed, I would go with Gskill.

Will g skill look good than corsair? And give me better performance?

Corsair, Kingston, Crucial and Ballistics - those brands are what I usually stick towards and never had any issues. Mainly used Kingston but just started using Corsair and didn't have issues.
As mentioned previously, make sure your chosen ram is included in the QVL list by your motherboard model. You wouldn't want to buy an expensive piece that does not work.

I am more familiar with Corsair & Kingston

As for aesthetics, its entirely up to you - with heatsink design and RGB. I don't know what your preferences are like. If you're after RAM that goes shiny bling bling (RGB), RAM manufacturers also have them too.

For Corsair Vengeance DDR4 RGB RAM:

Vengeance LPX is the cheapest and just has a short aluminium heatsink and is good for smaller form factor builds (especially in tighter cases where there might be clearance issues with the RAM) and is available in Black, White, Blue or Red

Vengeance LED has a light bar on top of each DIMM and is available with a black heatsink and there are three LED colour options white, blue and red

Vengeance RGB is the same as Vengeance LED but you can change the colour of the light bar on each DIMM instead of only being able to turn on/off the colour that was included on the DIMM also the heatsink on these DIMM's are available in white colour too

Vengeance RGB Pro physically looks different to the Vengeance RGB/Vengeance LED and EACH LED can be INDIVIDUALLY controlled from one another so you can have multiple colours showing at once and do crazy lighting effects etc...

Your budget will dictate how much RAM you should get. If you have a tight budget, start out with 8GB of RAM, as that should hold you over just fine until you have enough money to add an additional 8GB of RAM. If you have a large budget, start with 16GB (or more).
