Question Which RAM should I choose?

Good afternoon, I want to build myself a new PC and have some small questions about RAM. My 13700k build is on the MSI PRO Z790A MAX WI-FI motherboard. I chose the RAM A DATA XPG Lancer Blade RGB, but it has 2 versions. 6000 MHz (30-40-40) and 6400 MHz (32-39-39). Which one is better to choose?

I'd pick the DDR5-6400MHz ram kit if it's between those two kits listed above. In fact you could go with a dual channel DDR5-6600MHz ram kit with tight latencies. Where are you located, what is your budget for your ram purchase and what is your preferred site for purchase?

Thank you, I'll choose her. It will be difficult for me to take something more expensive. The important criteria are white and rgb, this RAM is the best option of all. I live in Russia, so we have different price tags and stores
