you are just one tab away.in gpuz SPD tab shows manufacturer and part number and exteme memory profiles avaliable. dram 800mhz means your runs at 1600mhz
The "DRAM Frequency" is what you need to look at. Just double the value and that is the frequency your ram is running at.

Edit: Double it because cpuz report the raw data rate, and DDR stands for double data rate...so you double the raw rate to get the effective rate.

And if you do what chris said you can look up your exact ram dimms and see what they are rated for.
 
You're not running your RAM at its optimum memory timings. You should be using the timings shown in the XMP-1600 column.
