Taks manager show 3200M/T

Sorry guys for asking many question
Try the main XMP setting. If that doesn't work try another.Just been into bios and the XMP says disabled.
I can chose profile 1 oe disabled.
What profile 1 even do? Ty
I enable it,but didnt try to game
I go to bios, click f7 for defaults, enable profil 1 for XMP and f10 for save,pc shutdown and boot and all good, but if i go to bios and just change XMP profile from profile1 to disable and click save, then pc dosent want to reboot i must manualy shut it down and boot back up.Try the main XMP setting. If that doesn't work try another.
Well, try to game!! That's the point.I enable it,but didnt try to game
