when i enable XMP in bios pc wont automaticly reboot, must turn it off on case button.

Then i must go to bios, set all to defaults and then check XMP and then works idk why

Try the main XMP setting. If that doesn't work try another.
I go to bios, click f7 for defaults, enable profil 1 for XMP and f10 for save,pc shutdown and boot and all good, but if i go to bios and just change XMP profile from profile1 to disable and click save, then pc dosent want to reboot i must manualy shut it down and boot back up.

Yes it is working, hwinfo show 1600 but it is x2 so 3200,cpuz also, task manager also so XMP working.

But why this happend when only chaning xmp profile (didnt try to change anything else so idk if is only for xmp or not bu just saying)

It's prob the bios. You may need to update that first.

I did,F30 is the last bios version

Idk why this happening.

I mean it is working but i must first click to put all into defaults to enable XMP,i se now that everything says like cpuz 1600mhz or hwinfo 1600x2 i think
and gigabyite quick tune says 3200mhz as task manager if i put to defualt or xmp to disable its says then 1066 or 2133.
But idk why this happening when enabling in bios
