They are both the same, specs wise. If you're on a budget, pick the one that's cheaper. I'd still side with Crucial since they've been top notch. Might I ask what motherboard and processor you're going to pair with said ram purchase?

My motherboard is an A320M PRO-VH PLUS
I'm on a Ryzen 7 3700x

I was also thinking of Crucial since it's more popular and has a higher rating, but the price difference threw me off a bit. I might go for the cheaper one.

Some reviews on the Crucial one said the ram was Single Rank, while others said it was Dual Rank. I preferably want to go with Dual Rank. So there might be that risk of it being one or the other.
