Question which rtx 4080 to get

I want to buy a GPU for my pc I have the newest intel cpu 13700k with 32gb of ddr5 and 1000watt psu tier C and I am confused about some brands like PNY since they are cheaper than others but when I see part picker I see different boost clock speed so which 4080 I landed my on 2 4080 MSI 4080 and PNY 4080. MSI for 3 reasons still in my range of spending and since I own msi mobo and Case, making my pc msi vibe and it is on sale. PNY the only reason I picked it is that it is $ 50$ cheaper, so there is no harm in saving $ 70$ after import fees and stuff on Amazon, but idk if the brand is trusted or not. any other 4080 suggestion within my range is welcomed
