Which Ryzen 5 system is better for you? (Two different system combinations)

I can only choose one of these two systems. Which one of these is better for you? I would be glad if you help me.

Even tho the Vega 11 graphics slightly edges out the GT 1030, the 6C/12T R5-1600X would be the better choice than the 4C/8T R5-2400G if you plan on someday moving beyond Vega 11 or GT 1030 graphics.

If you are buying the components to build your own, be aware that the R5-1600X does not come with a cooler. You'll need to buy one for the AM4 socket.
