Which Ryzen CPU to Get?

Hello! I currently have an fx-6300, and have decided it is about time to upgrade, and Ryzen seems to be the best value.
My question is, which Ryzen CPU, the 1300x or 1500x would be best paired with a 6GB 1060.
Would the 1300x bottleneck me? Do I need to upgrade my GPU?

Motherboard suggestions are certainly welcome, as i need an am4 board rather than my am3+, something with overclocking capabilities would be great since the Ryzen lineup is unlocked.

The 1500x would be best suited, you would have a minimal bottleneck then from the GPU, I think it works out to something like 4% which is next to nothing, as for a motherboard, you wouldnt need anything more than a B350 chipset, which allows for overclocking, the chipset will easily handle that CPU too.

To top it all of you are also going to need new RAM, as AM4's require DDR4, currently you have DDR3

Great board and great RAM too, MSI actually have a new version of the Tomahawk coming out very soon, it coming out at the same time as the X399 TR board from them too, I dont know if you want to hold off for a month or so, not really read into it much, but saw it the other day somewhere, i'll see if I can find the link again.
