Which screws do I use in the S340 elite?

What screws do I use for my motherboard? I'm using the S340 elite and don't know which one to use. I tried using the M3 * 5 flat screws, but they only work for some of the screw holes.

Read the instructions that came with the case. It plainly states (E) 6-32 x 5mm for the motherboard.
