Which set should I buy?

Should I get the I7 6700k and gx 1060 or I5 6600k and Gtx 1070?

It seems buying the I7 will last me much longer since GPUs become obsolete much quicker?

Also do you have any experience in overclocking?

I don't have overclocking experience, I do want to learn though. I am using the computer for gaming. I just want to figure out if the I7 will actually last me longer or the I5 will actually last just as long before having to upgrade.

Edit:
Would the I5 6600k bottleneck a newer GPU before the I7 6700k or it be all the same?

If you are only gaming I would get a 6600k and a 1070. You might want to read a few overclocking guide and stick that i5 at a nice easy 4.2ghz.

For 1080p -GTX1060
For 1440p- GTX1070
As for the CPU- i7 should last longer, as games are starting to use more than 4 threads. Overclocked i5 should be good for next 2-3 years, i7- maybe 1-2 years more, if motherboard holds.
