Which Setup Is The Better?

I am going to buy new PC and I need to know which of the 2 setups I have made is the better one. Not a whole lot of difference in performance.

NOTE: I already have a 2TB SSHD laying around which is why I didn't add any in the two builds.

they are basically the same. Z170, 6700k and a 970, that's really all you need to look at other that the quality of the PSU.

The EVGA PSU is probably the better option.

Wait for a 1070 if you can, and the budget allows for it.

4 months till i buy. So ishould be good waiting. The problem would be budget.

in 4 months you won't find a 970, you might find that the price naturally drops, and you might find that the 480 pulls the 1070 price down. You are way to early to be doing anything other than general research and keeping your ear to the ground.

If you mean to buy windows I already have a SSHD around with it.
