I have made up my mind to buy an Intel i5 - 3570k and I need to know which would be the best motherboard for my setup! I really want to get the ASUS Maximus IV Gene-Z Z68 platform because it's cheap right now but let me know if ASRock Z77 Extreme3 or ASRock Z77 Extreme4 would be better. I am going to use my old Video card in my new system an ASUS GTX280 until I make enough money to upgrade that part, so far COD Black OPS plays fine with my current video card. This is what I currently have and what I am buying:

BUY -- RAM - GSKILL 16GB DDR 1600MHz
HAVE -- VIDEO - ASUS GTX280
HAVE -- HD O/S - 2X 64GB Kingston V100 SSD in RAID 0 (SATA-2)
HAVE -- HD DATA - WD Raptor X 150GB 10K RPM
HAVE -- SOUND - SB Live Audigy 2 Platinum
BUY -- PSU - CORSAIR CX600 WATT
BUY -- CASE - CORSAIR 300R
Really it all comes down to the motherboard, I need some help and suggestions what would be a best buy for the buck my budget is $200 or less the ASUS board I found for $140 seems to be a steal.
