Which system would perform better at 1080p 60Hz? Thank you.

System 1:
Motherboard: ASUS Z97-A/USB 3.1
CPU: Core i3 4370
GPU: ASUS Strix GTX 1070 8GB
RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury 2x4GB DDR3 1866MHz (1.866GHz)
Case: DIYPC G580
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 2TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cashe SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5"
PSU: EVGA 650W G1 80+ Bronze

Solution
Go with system 2. There is less of a bottleneck between the CPU and GPU, and the 6th generation CPU would be good for future compatibility. The GTX 1060 is perfect for 1080p gaming at 60Hz.

But, I would get dual channel RAM instead of single channel.
