Probably little difference in actual use.
Both are gen 3 drives.
I think the Intel uses QLC and has DRAM
WD is dramless and uses TLC. WD is known to have tweaked its controllers pretty well for dramless operation.
I use an Intel 660p and a WD SN550. Satisfied with both.
You can look at benchmarks, but I'd be suspicious of making a big deal out of them.
Maybe warranty matters? Maybe different return privileges? The TBW probably is different, but I wouldn't get wound up about it.
