I am buying a new entry level SSD for my slow hard drive pc but there so many to choose from at a given price point, so which one to choose among these?
1.Sandisk SSD Plus
2.Toshiba Q300
3.WD Green SSD

Yes the 750 EVO is the lower cost version of 850 EVO. The performance is close . But it uses a lower MTBF somehow slower than 850 EVO. As you are on an extremely tight budget you can go for it.

Of those, none.
Up your budget a bit and look towards a 240/250GB. 6 months from now, you will thank me.

Expensive is when you buy something and it does not work for you.

120gb is too small for a windows drive today.
You will only have 110gb or so useable, and when the drive fills to about 90% capacity, it will slow down and lose endurance.
240gb would be the minimum.

Then, as to brands, today, the Samsung 850 evo will perform better and be more reliable.

Also, Samsung has a good and free ssd migration aid to move your C drive to their ssd.

While I agree with everyone that a >120GB would be a smarter option, provided you know what you're getting into (keeping it well below 90% full etc) and pair it with a decent sized HDD, it can work.

All of the SSDs you listed are very mcuh 'budget' options and, while they'll not perform anywhere close to a 'premium' SSD like an 850 EVO, they should still show a substantial improvement over a traditional HDD.

Depending on your location, I'd suggest an A-Data SP550 for a 'budget' SSD..... I've used them quite often, they're decent yet nothing spectacular.
In the US, they're around $50 currently: http://pcpartpicker.com/product/qf98TW/a-data-internal-hard-drive-asp550ss3120gmc

The ADATA SU800 is a decent offering too. $80 for a 256GB
http://pcpartpicker.com/product/7YQRsY/a-data-ultimate-su800-256gb-25-solid-state-drive-asu800ss-256gt-c

3 year warranty, which isn't great - but is not limited (last I checked) to TBW etd, unlike most others.

Ultimately, for a 'budget' SSD, just make sure it's backed by a worthwhile warranty. SSD Plus, CS1311, HyperX and AMD R7 drives are usually the cheapest of the bunch..... and, while far from the best, are still worthwhile upgrades (IMO) on a budget.

Samsung 850 EVO 250GB is not so expensive in India. The 120 GB is around 6599 (99$) and the 250 GB is around 6800 (102$). Yes the 120 GB is expensive compared to 250 GB. But 250GB is much cheaper compared to the superiority.

See here 120GB:-

And the 250GB:--
