Helo guys. Recently my ssd has problem. And after i done some search for replacement. I narrowed down my choices to these 3 options.

Adata xpg sx6000 pro 512gb

Adata xpg sx8200 pro 512gb

Crucial mx500 500gb

But it just stopped there. I don't knw which one should i pick? Appreciate your opinion pls.

Solution

The 500 GB MX500 is rated for 180 TB of writes. If you used the SSD for 10 years, you would have to average nearly 50 GB of writes per day to reach 180 TB. Most people only write about 10-25 GB/day. So the write endurance of the SSD would last them several decades.

Basically, write endurance was only really a problem when SSDs were 32-64 GB.

Apples and oranges.
The two ADATAs are NVMe drives. The Crucial is a SATA III drive.

What motherboard would you be putting this on?
What do you use the system for?
What are the prices you'd be paying for each?

I agree Crucial is better too. I'm just saying if the OP will notice little to no difference with those SSD's. Most speeds are standard unless your purchasing a Samsung EVO or M.2
