I'm going through the process of upgrading several parts of my pc and think its time to upgrade from a hdd to a hdd + ssd.
I've seen that some pcie 3.0x4 compatible ssds get crazy read + write but my motherboard only supports 2.0x4 and I'm wondering if I should get a 3.0 to future proof as I know they are backwards compatible, or should i get a 2.0 as that's all I will need for gaming.
motherboard: Asus z97-p
depending on your answer I would greatly appreciate some suggestions on what ssd to buy specifically as I'm by no means an expert and my judgement may be off.
