Which system should I buy?

I'm between two systems.
1: i5-7500, 8GB ddr4 ram, gtx 1060, 120gb m.2 ssd, 500gb hdd, 650w psu, b250 motherboard. 850€
2: i7-4770k, Corsair H110i v2, 8gb ddr3 @799mhz, gtx 1060, 120gb 850 evo ssd, 1tb hdd, 650w psu, z97 motherboard. 800€
Which one should I buy?

For gaming the i5-7500. Just buy a 250GB SSD without HDD and the 6gb 1060 version.
You can get a 4470k much cheaper second hand and air cooling is just as efficient, if you do it right it saves you some bucks.

Are those systems new or used?

The second will do a bit better since the 4770 can be overclocked and has 8 threads.

For a used system both are overpriced.
