Both builds are great! But I personally would go with the GTX 760 (as you can see in my signature 😛). Why? Because it's just bang for the buck. I mean come on guys - with 760 you can max any game. Maybe you'll just have to lower the filtrations from 8X to 4X or something unnoticeable like that. GTX 760 + i5-3570K/4670K is totally fine & enough for gaming. This is my advice. Save your money. :)
 


I wouldnt say any game such as crysis 3 metro last light
 


Crysis 3 is an exception. It looks like that the developers of the Crysis 3 have been thinking that everybody has SLI TITAN + 2 x i7 PC. Which is just ridiculous...
 


Lol, then why you buyed the 760? And by saying "I deserve 770" it looks like that Nvidia should have donated one 770 to you. 😀
 


Metro can be a good challenge for the gpu thats why i said those 2 but other then that i really dont see to many challenges for gpus unless the game isnt optimized correctly
