Which tablet should I get?

Hi people!
I am planning to buy tablet and I have some doubts about which one to choose, so any advice would be great .
I do not want to spend a lot so this is what I can get:
1) Samsung galaxy III 8.0 (160$) 2013. model
2) Asus Memo Pad 8 181cx (180$)
3) Asus Memo Pad 7 176cx (150$)

I will use tablet for reading, surfing net and 720p video/movies watching. Only special thing I need is a solid battery life/autonomy.

I like the Asus MeMo pads, haven't used the 7 or 8 (have the FHD 10), but it's been very good, no problems
