which to choose SSD ? M.2 , Sata 3 ?

Hi all,
I am asking which to buy ,

Crucial MX300 275GB M.2 (2280) Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)

or
Crucial MX300 2.5 Inch 275GB SATA 6Gb/s Internal Solid State

or
Kingston SSDNow UV400 240GB Solid-State Drive


which is faster ? more durable ? stable for installing my OS ?

my motherboard is GA- z270-hd3p which support M.2 and sata
i am having one barracuda 2TB HDD already and willing to add another 4tb HDD and a 240-275 GB SSD .

M.2 will be way faster.
Sata3 = 550Mb/s
M.2 = 2,000 Mb/s.
All will be durable and stable.
