Which Touch Screen Monitor? - Windows 7

After watching a review of Windows 7 and this in action on a Touch Screen I thought when I move over it is something I would like to play about with. I am now running Windows 7 and all good so I would like to purchase a Touch Screen Monitor but without spending loads of money - obviously!

I have found an EETI 19" Widescreen touch monitor on Ebay - £220, but cant find enough info on the web about it to see if it will run efficiently or not? Not knowing an awful lot about them I dont want to throw my money away, unfortunately the seller does not know either how well it will work.... admittedly hes offered a 7 day return but I dont want the postage costs or hassle so thought I would asks the experts around here.....

Anyone have any ideas?
