Which type of Ethernet cable is recommended for Online gaming ?

Hi, what type of ethernet cable do you use for connecting to the internet for playing online ?
What is the best among these type of cables ?Link
Currently I am using Belkin Cat 6 Patch cable and I am facing lags while playing online. I have four Cat 6 Patch cables and I tried them all but same problem, hence wanna know your recommendation.
I am on 32 mbps connection.

something for sure, unless it's damaged, the cable is not causing you any lag.

I play on Xbox One and PS4 and I play Call Of Duty Advanced Warfare.

can you try to use the regular cat5 cable? If problem continues... you might want to upgrade your connection to atleast 50 MBPS

32 mbps is not enough for online gaming ?
And I dont have cat5 cables. I only have four cat 6 patch cables.

The cable likely does not matter. You are limited to your 32m which is more than enough for any game. Many people run on DSL connections that are under 1m so games do not require a lot of bandwidth. This of course assumes you do not have someone else in your house using up all the bandwidth.

Older cat5 (ie the ones without the "E" ) can run 100m....many can do 1g. Pretty much any cable you will find for sale will be cat5e or better and those can run 1g so the cable causes no issues.

Cat6 cables are mostly marketing hype....ie its a bigger number. It still is limited to the speed of your port which is either 1g or 100m depending on your router.

Your problems are likely caused by some issue with the connection between your house and the ISP. This gets kinda tricky to find since it can technically be your router/modem or the cable in your house or something with the cable in the street. Since I suspect you have a cable modem at those speeds I would look to see what the signal levels show. There are web pages that discuss what the numbers should be.

In the worst case your ISP may have connected too many of your bandwidth pig neighbors to the same cable connection. Little you can do about this but this is much more uncommon now that most run docsis3 based systems that have huge bandwidth.
