Which USB port do i plug this into?

Just got a new wireless headset and it came with a wireless USB transmitter thing and im wondering which USB i should put it into. The usb slot on my graphics card? the usb slot on my motherboard? or the usb slots in the front of the PC? I'm not sure if it matters but i'm asking just in case thanks!

Can you kindly point out where you see the USB port on your GPU?

Since i can only see 5x monitor ports on your GPU: 1x DVI-DL, 1x HDMI and 3x Display Ports.
