Question Which VGA cable should I be connecting?

So I bought the bitfenix whisper 750M and it has four 8 pin connectors, 2 above each other as "VGA 1" and two above each other as "VGA 2"
Knowing that GPU is RTX 2070 Super, MSI Gaming X trio what exactly do I connect to it?

Two 8 pins from both the VGA 1, VGA 1?
or One 8 pin from VGA 1 and one 8 Pin from VGA 2?
Or does it not matter at all cuz am using a single gpu anyways and all will provide same wattage?

Also what's the "Molex" for?
And what's the secondary motherboard below the motherboard 24 pin for?

technically it shouldnt matter if u use vga 1 or vga2 or mix of both

It shouldn't matter which VGA is used. I'm not sure what the other motherboard connection is for, but the SATA/Molex connectors are for DVD drives, HDDs, SSDs etc. Molex is the old type of connection for these, made of a chunky, typically semi-clear white connector with 4 pins. SATA is the one used nowadays.
