rear 120mm fan - exhaust

my question is...which way should my RM850 PSU fan should be facing? As of right now I have it facing down, so the fan is facing down. I just want the best negative or positive fan pressure my case should be getting. I'm sorry if I sound like a noob, I kind of am when it comes to this stuff. Thanks for any suggestions you guys have. You're all the best at it!

Solution
Fan need to face down. Fan suck air. If it will face inside the fan it will suck hot air. Is not a big problem but for best performance fan need to face outside of your case.
If you have a carpet under the case, face it upwards or lift the case up higher.
Either way is fine as long it has air to take in through the fan.
Some prefer positive while some like negative. Either is fine.
With what you said above you were get negative pressure
