Which will be a better choice? Why?

I am currently building my own budget pc, but I am confused right now. I am planning to play League of Legends, World of Warcraft and other games like NBA 2K15. I have a 2 old monitors here which are fully working so I think I will be using them, one has a 1366x768 max resolution and the other has 1600x900 max resolution. Which do you think will be a better choice since I have a very tight budget, I made some planning on this builds:

GSKILL RIPJAWS X 8GB DDR3

Gpu for sure. It will perform much better then the one without a gpu. Look up intel HD integrated graphics performance. Anything is better then that.

I would go with the i5, down the road you could always get a GPU if you weren't happy with it, the memory is fine, the WD drive is great. PSU would need to be changed also if you were to add a GPU down the road. also that i5 is not going to be overclockable, but that's not the end of the world for a budget PC because if you down the road upgrade to a GPU and PSU you will get a very good boost.

I would go with the i5, down the road you could always get a GPU if you weren't happy with it, the memory is fine, the WD drive is great. PSU would need to be changed also if you were to add a GPU down the road. also that i5 is not going to be overclockable, but that's not the end of the world for a budget PC because if you down the road upgrade to a GPU and PSU you will get a very good boost.

The i5 is a much better cpu choice, but don't you think integrated graphics are practically unplayable?

The Antec VP450 needs to be changed? I don't know any other models or brands that's better than it that's available here. Other choices are Seasonic S12II-520 and Corsair VS450. Since I don't have a GPU with the second choice I think I am just overspending if I choose the Seasonic and also it has a 520W but my system only needs around 200W, but can you tell me, is the Antec VP450 really that bad? I would change it if it's really an awful PSU for my system.

Seasonic is a better choice. I am not saying the antec is going to flare up on start, but cheap PSU degrade faster and usually heat up more. Also they are more likely to fail during a power surge. Think about it, everything is connected to the PSU so it can fry everything and that has happened before on computers. Don't go cheap with the PSu for sure.

yeah i only meant if you planned on doing more down the road the second option is better, you have better start then you would add the GPU and upgrade the PSU at that time.

If you buy online you can save yourself a few wads of cash and get a much better system. Try this http://pcpartpicker.com/p/374gxr it is about $550, but you can back it up to an i3 cpu from the i5 and make it fit you $500.
