1) fx 4300 with hd 7790 1gb ddr 5
2) intel g645 with 650ti 2gb(bottlenecks??)
3) intel g530 with 7850 (bottlenecks??)

Both Intel's are dual core, so throw them out. Go with the quad core FX4300. The 7850 and the 650ti (assuming it's a Boost edition) are fairly equal, so pick your nVidia/AMD preference there.

Dual cores are great for web surfing and doing homework.
