Which would be best bang for buck?

I'm in the process of building a new PC. I am slowly gathering parts and should have it done within a few weeks..
I bought the Motherboard and I was wondering which memory I should go for?

Both seem to be good, but what would work best for me in your opinion?

Either will work (the 2x8GB will run at 2133 (your mobos max), but 2x8GB is a better pick than 4x4GB, the 2 sticks is less stress on the MC (memory controller)
