Question Enabling XMP ?

Can some body can suggest me with new PC is there need for changing/turning-on XMP in BIOS for DDR5 RAM ...I will write down which RAM it is when I find the box.

If you want to go beyond DDR5-4800MHz, then yes you will need to enable AMD's E.X.P.O or Intel's X.M.P in BIOS. FYI, to get to the sweet spot of an AM5(AMD)/12th+ Gen(intel) platform, you will need to get DDR5-6000MHz with tight latencies.

So what you are asking which MBs have which XMP as DEFAULT ?
All need XMP to automatically adjust to particular RAM although that depends at which level it's default. IF XMP or EXPO(AMD) is default, it's usually 4800/5200MHz, no more. MB manufacturers don't know which RAM you would use so don't know what XMP is in particular RAM so they set it at some reasonable number which some maximum MB may take. Brand name and ready made PCs will set it according to which RAM is already installed.

If it is on 4800/5200MHz then Im fine. I saw a video about that and guy Said that RAM is on 2000 and he raised it to 3000 or 3200 MHz but that night ne an very old video

BIOS looks first at JEDEC values which is a standard for all RAM, DDR5 usually lowest is 2133MHz but often 2400MHz, above which is considered OC. Memory controller(IMC) is in the CPU itself se when memory is OC-ed, it's actually overclocking IMC, not RAM itself. XMP/EXPO are in RAM firmware giving BIOS instructions how to set IMC according to it's requirements which are not same for all CPUs. I haven't seen any data printed for MBs that state what default with which CPU may be already be set, only way to find out beforehand is to look at MB's manual, MB by MB or eventually read or look at particular MB's recensions.
